Jonathan Brigman has been so clear and consistent! I have had many
contacts with Mr. Brigman. I have found him to be VERY PROFESSIONAL,
clear communication, honest, stands behind his word, no monkey
business, great boundaries, knows his stuff thru and thru, inside out
and backwards, when he didn't he immediately said he needed to check
with someone that did and always got back to me.
Working with Jonathan and National Parts has been the BEST part in
fixing a van I bought with cracked heads, etc. Jonathan is amazing at
how he keeps everyone responsible for what there responsible for, as
well as the responsibility he lives by with himself.
I hold Jonathan Brigman and National Parts in high honor and respect!
What I was told happened, 90% of the time and when there was any
glitch, Jonathan made sure it was corrected immediately! Thank you

After many discouraging calls regarding an engine for my car I finally

To Whom It May Concern,
Recently I was disabled and needed a car to
back and forth to the doctors, my engine went out in my car and I had
to find one soon. After calling around to several places, I came across
your company in the yellow pages. I called the BBB and was pleasantly
pleased with your rating. When I called I was connected to one of your
reps, Russ Johnson and I told him my circumstances. He looked up and
found an engine for my car, at $1623.00 and a ninety day warranty. At
that time, that was the cheapest price I had been quoted during my
search. Mr. Johnson explained in detail the cost, taxes, delivery time
etc. I told him it would take me a couple of weeks for me to get the
money together. One week later, Mr. Johnson called me and asked me if I
would like to save $300. Of course I said, he explained that the
company recently got some engines and it would fit my car. It also had
lower miles and a longer warranty. Through all the excitement of saving
$300 I didn’t hear anything else J I just wanted to say that I
appreciate your company and its customer service department. You went
above and beyond to help me through the whole process and saved me lots
of money too. Again Kudos to you and Mr. Johnson.
